thanks a bunch guys! I will keep you all posted! Although I am reluctant to take them apart ask I will have to wait for them to dry and to put them all back together before I can just jump on them and start bouncing again

Basically, when you take them apart lay them out in the same way they would be assembled, this way you won't lose any parts and it'll be easy to see how they go back together. Bocks aren't that complex tbh, the hardest part is probably getting the support rods off! Cheesy

great idea but where exactly are you going to paint the flames? I looked at this before and I figured unless you are stopped and close-up then nobody is really going to notice.

Yes I know Locky, but me being an arty farty type I simply CANNOT resist the blank canvas, besides, it looks as if no ones really attempted it on this scale before so I am going to jump in there (pun not intended!) hehe. But I will work something out to make it noticable.

its suitable to spray directly on to metal and mine has stuck fine, only marks are from when i fell over and calshing them together when attempting flips.

i'll be spraying hem again as soon a i decide what design to do

That sounds about right! if you wanna make the colours 'pop' use a white base coat. oh and try to get it as smooth as possible use diffrent grades or sand paper (dont use a hand machine you tend to get un even edges) and wet/dry paper makes a diffrence as any imperfections will show up through the paint more so if you clear coat it as it will make teh light reflect in odd was and make the paint look curvey.

Make sure any grease is off so clean them first in clear water (NO SOAP) really to get the best finish you want them prepted like you would a car pannel (go to a spray shop and just ask how much for prep work - if you got the money)

Or wait till this opens http://www.x-bocks.co.uk/newfront.html
