I was in Manchester last couple of days and on the way home last night on the plane saw an article in the Manchester evening times about two guys jumping around the city centre on powerisers. They called them gravity boots, though. The picture of them is quite good - I've kept the cutting for you.

would have been great if to manchester papers each had a bocking story.

But my mums always getting reports of me or other bockers in bmth and passing them on. Even to the extnt of a great aunt saying 'I know what those things are now i saw 3 people on them on saturday' --i calculatd time and place and replied --'erm, mother, you do realise it was me and a couple of mates she saw'!. Also posties who I work with do same. I was spotted 2 days ago by 1  as h remarked this morning) and not ten min latter saw another-grrr rogue bocker on wimbourne rd on thursday afternoon!!!

Katie ( a JJ bocker) was watching  a bit of boring digital bbc TV a few weeks ago   then suddenlt squealled ---thats manni --yep she hadnt read our hype here. But saw all the bockers and realised she had met a couple  it was the fadd eaters prog.

I loves these 2nd hand sitings  handed on  then work who they may be. Becky's cousin is forever spotting us lot in bmth and asking her to name names ---eventualy we met----no unfortunatly it didnt go all dewy eyed soft focus ---he shook my hand said 'thanks for thursday nite' and got on a train --not exactly brief encounter  but hayho

hehe apparently the MEN - Manchester Evening News wanted to do a bigger feature for their website, but wanted a larger group of bockers... could be a good excuse (not that we need one!) for a big Manchester Meet?! Think Chris has more info... pester him :p

Incidently - the Metro today had a whole page on some crappy looking 'extreme pogo stick' oooooh! extreeeeeme! i was sat at the station with my bocks, rudely reading this guy's paper over his shoulder and blurted out, 'a pogo stick?! thats for girls!' he turned round, saw me in my pink trainers with my stilts and gave me a very odd look! i just stared back at him plainly and said, 'really - who uses a pogo stick these days?! tsch.....' and walked off... highly amusing!
