Yeah as above me and lew as i said ecided to do some flips, dont think it was a good idea with a bad back but oh well  Smiley sorry about quality and editing  Smiley

Yeah i found them very hard... it always looks like we're landing on our arses but we land feet first and then either slip or fall back

Ok lol i'll practise somemore tomorrow in the sand pit cause if i go streight up and dont rotate enough then the sand wont hurt as much as grass or concrete rofl

Grass is lethal! You slip even when its not wet! there must be an alternative to natural soft ground,,,,, I got it! SAND! Thats worth a try,, you get more grip aswel!
