Not bad, colour's a bit flat and face could do with some work but other than that it's a good start.

well manga uses alot of detail, but i guess you can't quite get that with paint lol.

That is pretty damn good for paint then, well done BBBB.
I would do something and shove it up but photoshop hates my laptop, and I have no scanner so can't do anything by hand.
