Dear Diary,

Excuse the dust build up, its been a while I must admit. Last night I dreamt I had Powerisers built into me and they could be summoned at will. Whilst the physics of jumping wasnt accurate (not much height) it was still really cool.

Anyway, I've not been able to bounce much due to moving house which is all settled now. I briefly met a rogue jumper the other day, he didnt wait to chat. I was concidering boucning around the same area I spotted him in the hope that some conversation would arise along the lines of "I saw someone on those leg-things like you've got" and thus recruit another forum member to the ranks!

I really aught to start jumping again, now the weather's got better and its lighter for longer.

Yup, I'd say Bocking Season is open!!

Dear Diary,

Trampolining last night was possibly the best session ever! For the past few weeks I've been trying to nail a forward roll from hands+knees but failing to get it right. Because my current strategy wasnt working I said "Mat please" and a crash mat appeared on the "bed". From standing I execute a forward roll / somersault allbeit landing on my bum.
Inspired by this I go for a bit of height and then really started going to town and soon enough I'd nailed my first front flip - unaided!!!

WOOOT! Even impressed the other guys who can birani with their eyes closed due to the height and rotation. I dunno exactly what they meant but I was happy about it.

Last 2 lessons though, next week and the week after and thats it. Dont think I'll take up a 3rd course though, fancy a change of scenery.

Gnarly,

Lukey

Dear Diary,

Hi, hows it going. Had a great weekend. Just yesterday on the way back from Tesco I spotted 3 guys on Risers and these were Jackweedon, H and Matt. I promptly put away the shopping at home and went out to join them for a bit which was fun. Have photo's + vids to follow.
Then today I was away with Network Scouts and did lots of Powerising and this was with Becky, Jody, DJ Holder (had no idea he was in Network so that was cool) and Sarah. Then Em had a go then Emma and Charly and that blonde bird who's mates with Jo from Valley (Vicky is it?). Mary brought hers too but WUSSED OUT under the lamest excuse of "theres people watching". Shame really cos we're all in the same environment and it would've been a great chance to train on them. Who else? Oh yeah Amy had a play too - all girls, whats that saying about the sport?!

Lots of jumping and I'm now doing moves like tucks, straddles and the like (green belt stuff  Wink) but I'm not liking grabs, think you need to have real airtime to pull those off else its really brief - or is that how it is?

In Forum news, I've done the Pinhead straps "How To" which is rendering now and will be online for your viewing pleasure once its got YouTubed etc.

I ache quite a bit now, will sleep well methinks.

Catch you later,

Me
