yeah i kinda stole your backflip style and worked out if you put you hands back you can grab the springs.
so what im saying kiola you should be able to do it easy just put your arms back.

how about we both do a backflip double spring grad in mallorca at the same time =p

Cosmic Bimbo was there, I have some video of her learning a few tricks

 Powergirls, not sure what your problem is. When we bock at Lincoln anyone can join in Jack is 13 and we had some younger there on Saturday.

Not sure when next meet will be but keep in touch your welcome to attend and make new friends
