ok i searched this so if its in here im very sorry but,  how high up is your knee bar  supposed to be?  Top of the Shin, right under the knee cap?  Thx guys

lol, i just wanted to make sure i've heard of so many knee injuries on bocks and have a bum knee didnt want to endanger it.

If you have a bum knee, I would highly recommend purchasing an off-the-shelf knee brace with side hinges for added support and stability of the joint.  I'd suggest a professional-grade sports brace rather than the cheap type you find at a local sports shop -- but anything is better than nothing.
