Ok .. here it is.. Vol.3 .. im back in the gym again this thursday aswell .. but i am leaving friday morning.. so i wont have time to put anything up from that.. so here it is .. my last video until i leave again

See if you can spot my *newish* type of backflip ..

i couldnt be bothered with notes.. apart from the one little bit of a few Ganers .. enjoy (I Enjoyed Making it)

...theres  a point were i manage 8 back flips in a row too.. so start counting

Nice one kiola, i counted 8 so well done innit. I liked it when you flew off the trampoline and the other boys were quick to jump on after you. You havent got the height and flailing arms technique that i have aquired yet, when in mid flight, but keep on trying your sure to get it soon, lol. Jelly x

Not to be picky, but it is called a "gainer", right?
Never heard of a "ganer" before. And gainer does come from "gaining" distance I guess...

Anyway, really nice video, I also wish I would have a place like that nearby! Experimented on a trampoline a long while ago, and I did learn frontflip and backflip very quickly (like 5-10 minutes of jumping), and it would be fun to see what I can do now!

i incorporate that into a backflip ..and the second time i do it i get a round of applause..

I liked the backflips with the flailing legs in the air at the start. I guess you were attemting to make it look like you were running over?
