yeah we did a video for a manager at a sports centre.

It was dark, so therefore the video is dull at times

My technique was all bad today as i have 2 damaged muscles in my back

it's not even worth watching  but because i put the effort in to make it, i uploaded it for you to watch.

You should reshoot that. It is seriously too dark to see anything but the last shot. I'm not ripping on it, just stating my experience from watching.

seems to be watchable on my laptop screen, might be because this screen is bright..

n it was shot at around 10pm, lighting was really bad, so i'll probably reshoot it sometime when my back gets better, ive not been bocking for over a month because of it an today i had to get on them, but i was in soo much pain

1. don't bock while injured, that's just asking for permanat damage
2. don't film at night without lights or night vision(use sparingly)

you might beable to get away with it if you crank the brightness up on your editing software, but to give a good demo, re shoot in the daylight or just give a live demo if possible

Because, if you read the topic, they did for a manager of a sports centre to show bocking is safe. As such showing themselves putting pads on is a definate plus

its not showing its dangerous, its showing that if something bad DOES happen, the safety gear is there to protect you.

I wouldnt bock at this time on my own
