i'm just sticking this here if anyone cares nothing specal finally managed to stand up so i recored it. this is actually the worst i did today but only one i had recored. erm yeah enjoy.

Good job.
When your jumping, make sure to look out ahead and not at your feet, only about 10 feet, just not straight down. It helps for some reason. But it might be hard to change technique quickly, so do what feels comfortable.
Using your arms a bit more helps.
You had quite a squeak there also.

very good mate.. its really funny to watch my friends that try my bocks try to get up on them, they all suck(even after a few hours of good use) so you are doing well, keep up the good work.

yeah i'm trying to get out of that habit but by this point i was getting tired so i stopped trying to look up and tried staying up
