Hey guys, to help conform with the health and safety of the gym and to ensure we can keep using it, we are requesting the following guidelines be adheared to:

JURASSIC JUMPERS GYM GUIDELINES
1) Please bring pads with you (Knees, Elbows, Wrists). I'll bring a spare set just incase anyone forgets theirs.

2) Please bring either a bottle of water or a sports drink (lucozade, gatorade, powerade, etc) to keep yourself hydrated with.

3) If you have any recent injuries can you please state them on arrival at the gym, and then explain the nature and extend of said injuries.

4) Everyone should warm up and down before starting and finishing by doing some simple stretches and gentle exercise

5) Please take a break as and when you feel you need it

Do you know if the gym sell water and stuff. Will save us time then, although i will fill mine full of redbull :p

Yeah at £1.50 a bottle probably! Do like I do and get a 6pack from any supermarket for as much. Keep an eye out for specials on sports drinks too. Last year I RINSED their Lucozade deals, ha ha ha, lasted me months that did.

Oh and dont do Red Bull, it'll bring you up but you'll come crashing down. Your body needs water, not liquid nastyness! There is always POWERTHIRST!!

YES. At all times in the gym on your bocks you MUST wear at least wrist guards and knee pads. This is to adhear to health and safety specifications and must be done or else we may loose access to the gym.

This thread is for guidelines for using the gym, not organising a meet o.O Even though it seems to be being used for the birthday meet.

THESE ARE EVERYDAY GUIDELINES, NOT JUST FOR THE BIRTHDAY MEET. THEY MUST BE ADHEARED TO EVERY TIME WE USE THE GYM
