13 stone is 80 kg so i'm just right I suppose for my 70-90's. I haven't got to compress them fully, maybe about an inch off fully compressing them.

There has been times when I've jumped and compressed one fully but not the other but I think that's down to jumping at an angle.

Still want to try a pair of powerskips so much.

Yeah the other thing is I'm afraid to push down on my risers when landing as I find it quite straining on the lower back. Anyone else get that?

Work on your abs a bit, and work on stretching properly too.  This will alleviate some of your straining.  Also, warm up for a little bit before you really start to compress.

So teach yourself to push down at the exact time you land on the ground to have a smooth and powerful spring back up. Its not something you can learn from anybody else, you just have to feel it for yourself.

that is the best advice i have ever read, i cant wait to jump back on them knowing this.

i 100% agree I'm gonna go out on mine in a bit and try it and swing my arms as well.

thanks 4 da advice  Grin Grin
