Good, but you need to work on your technique A LOT.

You are doing the classic circular arm movements, which cause the balls to move away from you, and you'll end up moving along after them. You don't really want to be doing this, you want it so you only have to move your arms and not your feet.
Basically, get off the bocks and keep on practicing loads, over and over again until you can get around 300 without any drops. Trust me, you'll feel really proud with yourself!

Also, get some better quality balls, those types are crap for learning with as they stay solid and don't mould to the shape of your hands when you catch them. Beard or Oddballs sell some good quality ones Smiley

For one day's work however, it's really quite good. Well done. You're one of those who knows not to watch the balls until they reach your hands and only look in the air.
