Following the lead of XS, I have booked my plane tickets to the UK and I fully intend to attend Capital Bocking 2008. Like XS I too need help in making this trip successful. In addition, I was effectively told to stay longer in the UK by my parents, so I have a full 10 days, which includes two weekends to fill with activities. While I have been to the UK before, I have never been outside of the M25 and I think that needs to change this time around. I would really like to see more of the UK and meet as many people as possible. If anyone could provide guidance with regard to places to stay and things to do it would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my flight details
USA To UK:
- Carrier- British Airways
- Flight Number- BA0214
- Arrival City- London Heathrow
- Arrival Time- 15 Aug 2008 08:45

UK To USA:
- Carrier- British Airways
- Flight Number- BA0215
- Departure City- London Heathrow
- Departure Time- 25 Aug 2008 16:15

Thanks everyone for the offers.

That would be great, I was hoping to tour as many places and the train seems like an affordable option. I will take that into consideration.

Haha cheap train travel outside of london that would be something short of a miracle.
