This has not been confirmed yet, so, although suggestions would be greatly apprechiated, I will post official details once everything is 100%.

Suggestions are good so, carry on!

Is it against the rules for someone other than you to plan a meet?
Lee seems to have a plan let him run with it.

Do you have any suggestions for Bocking venues? Anywhere near you thats a good place to Bock. Maybe next month we should all travel to you, Smiley check out the potential down your way? We are still looking for places to Bock all over Kent. If you find or know somewhere Lee, then organising duties will pass to you for this one Smiley

@XS, I am letting him run with it. Hes refering to the monthly meet. A lot of people have asked me individual questions regarding dates times places etc. so, in order for this meet to be fair on everyone I need to confirm a date so everyone knows DEFINATLY when it is

Lee knows where I am coming from as I have already spoke to him about it, so thats all that matters Smiley

may I chuck in a few ideaettes ---then ill slink away. As a club grows it is going to be impossible to please every1. So learn to be hard -fast.  Set a date, something solid ( OK if no1 can make it then change it fair enuff). Location  keep shifting about - some people simply not be able to make some meets  ( indeed we have a number of regular attenders of JJ meets who have never met each other -after 11 months cos they live at opposite ends of our 'area')*

With that in mind. Why organise 1 meet? Set a date and find a location quick for Jan. At same time start discussion for Feb ( with the idea that will be in a different area). Once the Jan meet over, firm up Feb and start discussing March.

At same time little local short notice meets and with luck a gym will fill in the gaps. Hey presto  not a club --a communitee.

Anything you dont know ask ---most ( but still not all) of your questions some1 here will be able to help with.

*Indeed ive put meets together I couldnt get to! Also the last 2 and prob the next 2 gym meets Ive just stood around watching  due to injury
