Hi I'm Garreth - yes two 'r's aka  GazzaT  . from Banstead in Surrey

Got my bocks a little while back and started out bouncing round the kitchen!
Don't get much time to bounce around atm, plus my hips are outta wack and screw my knees up but that's another story.

Need to figure out how to get these babys on the train, i think goin all the way on em'd be a bit far! Any ideas?

Take them off and carry them, dump them on the seat next to you. I've never had a problem doing it Smiley

That might work, thought the train gets pretty busy. I'm trying bungees to strap em together and thinkign about putting them in the overhead, though i might take someones eye out getting them down O_o.

I should start a thread for this on 'problems' but my bocks are getting very scratched near the knee strap on the facing inside leg tubes  and one of the plastic endcaps has already popped off, the other is looking damaged. I think the tubes are clashing when i'm bouncing. Is there any was to protect these? I don't want them gouging my legs!

I was getting scratched from the bolts that stick out from the calf cuff.  I put some Hockey tape over em and it helps for a little while then you gotta replace it.

I've just spoken to flybaby. He just passed his driving theory test and wants to come to capital bocking so he's gonna get bocking again.

Drop him a PM.

Howdy. I'm currently just an enthusiast but looking to become a bocker as soon as possible. I only discovered this sport recently and I can't believe I was ignorant of it's existance for this long. I'm into eventing, parkour and recently started getting into freeride mountainbiking as well, so stumbling across this was almost too good to be true. I haven't found a local Australian bocking community yet but here's hoping!

South Aus
There's a group called Queensland Bockers run by Badambomas on here, might be worth you taking a look into them if they're not too far from you.
