Mean that you practice alot of different tricks at the same time, not just a couple as one would normally do.

cool man!
Nice frontflips, the one you landed on you back was cos you were just jumping on the spot. they are hard to land without any forward momentum because of the way that you have to rotate. Doing a standing fronflip normally is hard enough without risers on!

Keep going!

Your coming along very nicely Kiola, having somewhere to train must be a real help. Pulling in your arms for the spins is good advice...keep it up and keep posting the traing vids, they are great to watch and an encouragement as well.

i spin like im diving.. one arm accross my front and the other over my head.. its the way your meant to spin.. been trained like that for years so its imprinted in my head .. makes you spin faster than just putting them accross your front (both of them)

Kiola's got the right way to spin there, i figured that out on my own learning 540's on rollerblades, really its just all about getting as much of your mass as close to you axis as possible.  Has anybody else done 540s on risers?  I did it once, haven't tried that often since.
