Hey Hey.. I pormised this a long time ago.. about 2 weeks i think..

Well here it is.. the build up to me (Kiola) learning to do flips in my school.. it literally took 2 days

now the beginning is loud just to let you all know how noisy it is in there.. but then music starts to run after the first scene.. so your ears dont burst ..

Quite a funny lil story about i came about firswt useing the hall.. i just said.. can i use the hall for an hour or two??? them seeing my stilts in my hand said.. 'WHYYYYY' Huh

i just said.. to use these and then i went up there.. a few mins later they came up and just loved the stilts like most do.. so i get to use the hall for free because its my school and the P.E. staff just dont care i dont think..

Great video Kiola, really interesting to watch. It's very impressive how good you are on the stilts.

I wonder if i asked if i could lay a a couple of dozen mail sacks on the floor my managers would let me practice in the sorting office in the afternoons? mmm maye not --- un hell to pay if the daily mail found out Roll Eyes

well the vid shows all my attempts at the workup to the flip.. so it should show what i do..

i started jut kindov rolling over .. discover the use of your arms and the ability to tuck and you will realise flipping isnt so difficult..
