OK I do feel sorry for you but... owned! Grin
Thats weird cos the boxes should come sealed with tape (my poweriSer one came in bloody shrinkwrap plastic!) and defiantely not be able to open. I would agree that they have definately been removed by someone, although I doubt it would have been UPS Undecided

And Grrrr FlyingLocust are still using the poweriSer pictures! Angry

Demand that they give them to you or refund their value!  They should be legally accountable for losing your stuff!

I've had an empty box show up that was supposed to contain something and the carrier has always included a notice that the package ripped open and contents were lost.  It is best to obtain a notice like that as proof that it occurred.  It would be unusual for UPS to just drop off a trashed box with no explanation.

If the seller shipped it with virtually no insurance, then the seller has to ship you a new one if you can prove that you never received it.  A trashed box is not always accepted as proof.  The carrier generally needs to support that claim.

Who exactly is the idiot U.S. seller who ships them that way?

lol theres no one in my town that even knows what they are except for my family ....well ok that's a bit of an exaduration but people have herd of them but never seen one up close i lived in a bigger town before the one i'm in now and that is where i tried them for the first time but only for like 5 minutes then my friend was to impatient and took them back   Cry Embarrassed Undecided Roll Eyes but that's all fine that is why i am sooooooo frustrated with all this .....and yeah i agree with bill about the notice thing the only problem is that the lady completely obscured form even doing any alternative action on my behalf so i am stuck with the company that sent them "flyingjumper.com" to have an investigation done and when they come back they get shipped back to the warehouse and then re-packed and sent to me Sad
