I am a beginner with my powerisers and i have been practising for the last 4 days. So far i can run in a wonky sort of way and i can jump about 1 foot and a half. I am terrible at getting myself up though, but i am training myself to do it.

Are there any tips that you could give to a beginner who wants to do big things with them Grin  (although i am aware to take things steady)

Joe23002, dont underestimate the power of your arms when you jump. Im pretty new to this myself and didnt use my arms at all. When you use your arms you can get much higher, easier to hold you balance and so on Smiley
