yeah a spell check would help alot, at the moment argos are selling some great pads for £15 for knee, elbows and wrists am getting some this weekend. and ouch gibbo that gotta hurt, am feeling for ya, i fell over the other day and got glass in ma finger and ruined quite a good top, lol

spell check wouldn't have saved him, everything he said was a real word, but i guess, i'll see what i can do, you could all just install firefox 2.0 as it has spell check built in.

If you have a local "Target" or "K-Mart" or "Walmart" store nearby check in their sports department as I found a nice set made by (Razer) for inline skates for about $15.00 dollars (US) They were near the bike helmet or the inline skate section,
The Razer set had Knee, Elbow, And Wrist guards in the kit.
I also found a nice pair of knee guards called (True-fit) at a local "Dicks Sporting Goods" close to where I live for about the same price (only drawback is these were Each not a a pair) but still nice support and nicely made.

the thing to take away from this is not worry, but this is the reason so many people here say USE PADS.  Learn from this person's mistake and never bock without pads.

i will wear pads, my mum wouldn't let me use them if i didn't she tries to keep me sadfe, although i'm changing that slowly snd have been for the past 13 years!! 13 by the way
