I got my risers about a month ago. I can walk, skip and sorta run though I haven't done it balls out cuz I haven't had any safety gear on. I am able to jump up and down pretty good and can go from one foot to the other easily as well as dance.
I want to do some more tricks. I tried to jump and do splits but my feet landed kinda to the side and hurt my knee for a couple days.
I have never been able to just do a flip but jumping over stuff would be fun.
Any tips for doing more tricky stuff?
Does it take a while for the springs to really loosen up?

Thanks!!!!

The best tip anyone could give you is wear some safety gear !
It only take one slip and bad fall and you could spend weeks off them !?

Thanks Dark Knight.. to do anything to over the top I will definitely have gear on. Mostly I have been doing performance stuff on them and my knee was the placement of my foot when I landed. I think I have to really get used to the weight before trying to do any kick outs.

yeah focus on getting allot of height first then its much easier to do tricks cos you have more time to bring your legs back down Smiley
