I dont really get it! Which model is original?

Hi guys,

I dont really get it. Which "boot" is the original one and which is not affected by patent violation? I heard that "poweriser" is original and in the USA and EU patented but I see many stores sell different labels such as 7leagues, flyjumper,...
Can someone please explain me what the different is?
Are there really more "legal" labels?

the original bock is the Powerskip, they are made by the inventor Alexander Boeck in Germany

Poweriser were the first brand to ender the consumer market, sub $500 price in 2003ish

since then Flying Locust, a Chinese company makes stilts under many brand names PoweriZer, Fly Jumper, Pro Jump etc

7LeagueBoots are the newest brand created by an austrian company.

They're all affected by the patent in protected countries.

just noticed ur not uk resident so 7 leagues are awesome but riSers are originals and they are avalible in most contrys BUT dont go for fly jumpers

the manufacturers are not "legal" or "illegal" they're all made outside patent protected countries, so they're all made legally, its just the importers need licensing agreements with the patent holder in protected countries.

they do, 7's, poweriser, and speed jumper are all licensed brands in germany

Germany is a POWERSKIP patented country. The inventor (Mr. Boeck) of powerskip controls who can sell where.
Because of this sellers in patent covered countries (UK, US, some of mainland Europe) need to have an agreement with Mr. Boeck and pay royalties to him on each pair of bocks sold.
What we mean by "Legal" and "Illegal" is that they are sold in agreement with the patent holder or not. If they are not, they are breaking patent laws and are "Illegal".
