 Sad
Hello everyone,
you could watch this video? I finally managed to run and jump with one foot, but I can not absolutely well and jump with both feet. I do not understand what mistake, it is possible that my weight is not adequate to the springs? when I bought powerstrider I weighed 84 kg, now, after three weeks, weight 79 kg, below the springs 83 is written and it is M80 model, are good or am I not? please give me some advice. thanks
In this video you can also see the volcano Etna covered in snow!

you've got the right arm technique, you need to put your legs into it, you're landing mostly straight legged which doesn't add any power.  you want to land with you're knees bend and straighten your legs pushing into the springs. Its completely normal for people to have to work at this for a while it takes practice.

Thank everybody, I will to practice more, I wanted to be sure that my springs were right for my weight. But do I carry up my knees to  every jump?

It seems to me that you are trying to pull yourself up to get more height when you are jumping.. Try throwing your arms down on the downstroke of your jump and throw your arms up on your upstroke. You will most definately get more height this way. Keeping your knees slightly bent will prevent you from hyperextending your knees as I see you keep your legs pretty straight until you reach almost the top of your upstroke. Either than that I think your doing awesome...keep it up.  Grin

your doing fine in both running and jumping.  Two things are happening, your learning AND your springs are breaking in.  What weight are you and what springs do you have?

side general observation, watching folk learn to walk, run, and jump on stilts..... I see lots of similarity in the phases Boeckers go thru and the phases a child grows thru  in doing the same things.  (Gate Analysis).   Boeckers move thru the phases faster of course but they are still there.

Thank you Pendragon,
I finally replaced my knee bar with Calf cuffs, it's a different world!
Are fantastic, compared to the knee bar are much more comfortable, for me of obviously!
Yesterday I used the springboards for 45 minutes before I could not even get 30 minutes because I hurt my legs.
I hope to post more videos soon as possible.
I would also ask if my springs are fine, I weigh 78kg and below the springs is written 83.

Bye
