I know I have been asking a lot of questions lately but what is the life expectancy of hooves for different brands (ex: 2007 Poweriser pros, Skyrunners, Flyjumpers, 7-leagues;.etc)? I was just wondering also, do the tyre hooves actually help on concrete and what is the life expectancy of the tyre hooves??

It varies wildly depending on how much you use them and how you use them.  I could have hoof x last me a year and someone else could wear through it in 3 months cause they bock differently.

I don't use the metal clips ( First set I made I couldn't find any ) I find 3 cable ties work just as well. you only need two but use an extra in case !?

All so if like me you don't use the metal rims, you don't need to cut through the rim cut along the inside edge to the width you want.

Is there a way to make the tyre hoofs better looking like this?

http://www.PoweriserPages.com/forum/gallery.html;sa=view;id=626

I mean is there a tutorial on it?

yeah but if you do that you risk the sock slipping off sideways, unless you clamp it really tight that is

edit: wow i'm a kangaroo already, i must've spammed a hell of a lot XD

how much is alot, if it's more than 4 hours a day on medium-rough concrete then your about level with me

...and yeah they might not grip much, but thats why you carry a pair of lace-up socks for grass...if you're planning on grass that is
