So I sent an e-mail about my velcro problem (http://www.PoweriserPages.com/forum/help_with_torn_strap-t4501.0.html;msg73504#msg73504) to getjumpingstilts.com just to ask if they sold those velcro straps or if they knew where I could get a replacement. Here's the reply I got:

HI Ace,

Sorry you are having trouble.

Jeane, can we help ace?

Thanks,

Matt

(I was a little confused by this email)

A couple days later my dad got an email from FedEx saying a package was to arrive on May 8th and that it weighed 5 pounds; thats all the info we got.

FedEx dropped off the package a little after I got home from from school and when I opened it I realized they sent me a whole new knee bar! For free! Shocked

I just finished replacing the knee bar and now I'm back in action - but I'm still trying to figure out how they got my address!

Yeah they are pritty cool, if you come to CB they should be there.

Wish Jeane had helped me with calf cuffs a while back, and would give us our much needed pictures and videos...

I think I heard about that, so they made a Bock NYC video and never sent it to you?

I think Jeane works for XPHub, maybe he fowarded your email to XPhub and also to you.  IF I recall correctly, GJS gets their Poweriser stuff from XPhub.  Check the return address label, and tell me what address it says.  If it came from South Carolina, that's the case.
