I am very athletic and have great balance. I can do front flips and back-flips on the ground. I got a poweriser 7090 2 days ago and was wondering where to begin practicing a flip. Should i practice outside on pads, inside a gym on pads, outside on grass, where? If anyone could answer this question i would be extremely grateful.

Hard floor or grass, if you land on your head you'll be in a wheelchair for life with a broken neck.  My advice is to use a thick crash mat and/or a safety belt with spotters.

Im so proud of myself, I did my first frontflip today! Grin what I did was go to my high school with a buddy(non poweriser buddy, but buddy none the less) and layed out the mats that were there.. the hard floor gives very good traction and makes a safe sense of security not to slip. first I would reccommend somersaulting onto it while on your risers.. it makes u get a feel. I know how to do flips as well, but It helped me.. then just go for it and dont freak out.. thats the #1 key.
hope this helped.
