locky i didnt think grass hurt when i did it cause i couldnt do it in the gym but still tried it on the grass and i caould do it.

It all depends what part of your body you impact the ground with first.
Some people can jump real high but when it comes to flipping they jump forwards and lose all the height, thus their head can get very close to the floor.
Without the height, and with a little slow rotation they could end up landing square on their back which can cause serious permanent damage.

I dont think we want people coming on here being paralyzed simple because ferretmadboy2 said it was ok to do it on grass!

Everyone is different and everyone has to make their own mind up.

hey everyone, it is realy easy to do a flip on powerisers... The reason everyone is so scared is because no one have any thing to land on. What I did was, I baught me an air bed from wal mart because I did not have enough money to buy a gym matt and practiced on how it felt like falling in mid air onto the mat, then after about 10 min, I tried my first backflip and landed on my knees and did not heart at all, tried it again and landed on my feet. I kept doing the same thing for about 20 min and tried it in the grass and it was simple. Oh yea, if you are going to buy a air bed, get the queen size elivetad air bed thats the one to get...

Hi, it's been about a month I've got my rizers, I'm the only one in here in québec, Canada to have some. I'd try to find some friend to practice with, but it's very hard. Whatever, for the flips, I'm being helped by a gym coatch and what he told me change everything. The principal error guys do is to try to go forward instead of trying to get height. (frontflip case) So here's the trick, you've got to lift yourself the higher you can than, and only than, throw your arms forward and get your knee touch your chest while downing your head. It'll flip by itself, when you're about 20 degrees from right, get your leg straight and you will land perfectly. In backflip case, you've got to jump as high as you can with your both hand very high, like if you want to grap a high bar, when you're at top, left off your knees and throw your head back, it'll turn easily! Try before on trampo, you'll see the difference.  (sorry for poor english, I usually speak french!)

what about i can do flips on tramp. so im pretty sure i can do flips on these stilts, dont know how long till ima try it though.......tomaro is the day i get em. i can flip a front flip off of a one foot block.(cant wait to try a gainer
