We spent yesterday at the bradford gym and spent a lot of time working on the flips...especially jono who just would not quit...and he's 99.9% of the way there now so hopefully next week he'll nail it.
Sorry for it being 5mins of constant flips but i have had enough video editing for one day.

nice progression guys, i dunno how you could've walked away when you were so close, i also love how the thumbnail in the sidebar is  the part where it says "jono bails!", and i have to admit i'm kinda dissapointed that the video wasn't just a compilation of jono falling over in amusing ways, locky your gonna have to work on that.
