some tipps? Wink i wonder i think my twist in the front full goes to the right... but it looks different ind slomo^^ maybe because of the fact that my cam has only 30 fps..

thats really good i cant seem to get the back 360. but my front 360 are done the same way your doing yours.

so sorry cant give you no tips but keep it up  Grin

basically he is right but with more detail then just bent legs.  Your head goes out way early cause alignment issues so your body cant be straight.  Work alot of Layed out flips with straight body and wth head rotating along with the body instead of tilted back. 

You look like your a visual guy and that is AWESOME!!!  I see your spotting the ground.  This migth be why you throw your head back..... to see the ground.  Well... you can still see, you will just pick up the visual a tad later on regular flips.  On the back flip w/twist you will see it after executing a tad bit of the twist.  You can then look along side your arm pit or shoulder and see the ground.
