cool Jake.  But  try

a/ using your arms a bit, as u jump up 4 the last time put them up over your ears and above your head ( as if u were diving into a swimming pool)
b/ just go for landing on your back 'quite' a few times  get used to that 1st
c/ lean forward from waist  that will make your body rotate
Sorry they r probably not in the right order

And, assuming that is your skewl,  put on the thread about what 1 should do if one doesnt have a gym --how you got that 1

Sorry looked a few more times --im sure some one will edit my bits together.

You did a few jogging steps  then went v quickly into kangerhopping. But the latter were not totally 'together' suspect u lost power height there ?   Maybe a bit more kanga practice outside the gym, but also  go 4 a longer run up of 'proper running' then just a couple of kangers at the end? Speed then height

But remember  dont rush it too much ---u want to land on your back , your back, your back......your feet. The intermediate option of landing on your neck isnt an option.

Nice work Jake, good luck with getting the full rotation
Is that a local sports centre or school hall, or something else?

looked good!!!!  much like the vid i'm about to post of me today at the gym.  try going more up on your takeoff before you begin the tuck, you propel a bit forward, i've been working hard not to do that myself.  looks like you have gotten over the fear factor and that is most of the battle.  good job!

Great start! Maybe you should try to jump less jumps before you flip. That way you get more control over the jump.
