So i finally got in the gym on my bocks this morning, unfortunately I only had about half an hour cause i had to wait for the mats, but once i got them i progressed nicely, a little more tuck and i think i'll be landing fronts and backs

darn  it it  read title  gym session  then u ---as hoping for a leotard

But now u realise peps will be swarming over u with advice un you r close  doubt next session ( gotta be honest--most peeps go back a bit  then foreward again)  it could be a chriistmas pressy  tho

oh yeah backs are scary as hell, i wanted to start with them but couldn't get the never up so i started doing a few fronts then i got the nerve to try it, i'll prolly land them first since you can spot the landing on them, but i was getting damn close on fronts, hopefully i'll be back in the gym sunday, or monday if its not closed.

do u have a spotter to advice / tell you how you are doing ( me im rubbish
0)ut ive been in quite afew gym sessions over last few months  and if you are tired and technique is off --well just go home. But if there is some1 there who say good  but  just a bit different ...well i just hope you can find someone.

Cos  u have had to sit thru a year of bigger and bigger and more frequent meets in Uk  i cant flip   its only fair I sit un watch u flip

you landed that one front then the mat slid out from under you.  if you had just the 1 mat you probly would have stayed up.  Looking good! keep at it.

Very nice Nick. I'll pick up on something I dont think anyone has mentioned so far.

For someone who is not a small guy, it's so great to see you with so much confidence and just 'going for it'. You seem to have the opposite of what many people have- some have the ability and not know it or get too scared to try it 100% but you're really giving it some which is the fast route to success Cool
