as the title suggests...i face planted in soton today and it HURT!

there was an old lady saying she wants to see us fall over..i over heard and gave her a piece of my mind...i went do do a spring grab, but landed full on, on my left bock...i bounced up unsteady and face planted...had to crawl to a bench and lift myself up cause of my leg Sad

my arm and hip....i guess i landed here Cheesy

thats exactly what i did but on the other side but there was no old lady i slipped on a drain bruised and scratched up my hip and elbo you can see it on some of my pics with kiola hurts like hell

so my advice to you is to avoid drains and old ladies Smiley
