I'm just stitting here wondering what everone likes to do the best. Plus it gives me more moivation to try something new. And combos of stuff (x spins, double spring grabs, back and front flips) just put them into the basic catagories. Thanks guys  Smiley

edit: if your wondering, i put spring grabs..

i love jumping onto things/over things....give the adrenalin rush of 'omg am i going to make it'

but atm im liking the opposite spring grab....where you grab the spring of the opposite bock to your hand:P...dunno what its called...your welcome to enlighten me Smiley

i like to do flips mostly.. after that comes everything else - i like to do flips more because i need to improve them a lot.. so i aways like doing them lots and lots Smiley

Im getting better at jumping stairs, the most i've done is a 5 set near my house, so stairs for me

I like doing straddles as it looks cooler than split kicks, and is a bit harder than grabs Tongue
