The front bindings keeps falling off, the bindings aren't really made for 7leagueboots, but I was kind of especting it to fit in place when they sell em with it.

Anyone else had this problem?

I have my snowboard Nitro bindings as upper bindings and they fit nicely, maybe I should just take the front bindings from the snowboard too..

O.o falling off, as in not just the buckle coming undone???

...if thats the case then they're probably dodgy bindings...and your nitro bindings are probably better anyway, though i dunno, i'm still on standard PJ ones, which aren't THAT bad

Nah not the buckle at all, they are actually completely fine when I have them strapped on cause then they are tight.
But when my bocks are not strapped on, the binding just slips off. like falls off the stilt. Tongue

I'm sure its not what you mean, but that sounds like "when the bindings arent clipped on, they fall off" Tongue

But do you mean the bindings don't fit properly onto the stilt?  Because I'm fairly certain Evo bindings ARE designed for 7leagues arent they?

Do you mean that they aren't done up properly and the screws holding them on keep falling off...

They are not specifically designed for 7's but they do fit perfectly.

maybe the screw is loose, so they pivot round said screw and fall beneath the footplate? maybe...

Sounds possible yeah, or has the screw/nut lost its teeth (not sure if thats what its called, the tread bit that actually grips Smiley ).  If that were the case when the screws were fully through the hole and the strap was done up it would be held in place, but when the strap was undone they would be able to fall out.

yeah, think we may have just narrowed the problem down to the screws, oh and you mean if the nuts been overtightened and sheared off the THREAD Tongue

thread! thats the one Cheesy  I was thinking 'tread.. no... track?..no... teeth?.... nnno'.  But yeah thats what I meant Tongue although it could come off other ways than overtightening the nut I would think.

well i suppose anything that puts too much stress on the bolt could rip it off, in theory it could come from over tightening the bindings, though the half of the bindings that has the teeth the other half locks into would snap first, these are pretty tough bolts after all, and if nothing happened to them since the factory, they'll still have their glue like stuff on them that locks them in place...which takes quite a bit of force to undo, trust me on that one lol

There's nothing wrong with the nuts, but there might be a case of overtightening.
It just seems like the hole on the bindings are abit to wide for the screw, and I do have a small ring under the screw to solve it but it still slips off when the binding is not strapped to my foot.

For some reason this is kinda hard to explain...lol

But yeah overtightening might have been one thing to cause this, but they are kinda hard to tighten cause instead of the nut tightening up it seems like the screw just tries to drill through the binding instead.

Nope not that, but I take it the problem is very similar, it's just that the same happened like instantly and not after 7 months, and it was to the lower bindings and not the upper one.
