Here's the video from the gym, there's way to much footage to include everything we did but this give a good sampling of it.  Another Big thanks to CoachGeo for making it happen.

Looked like an amazing time.  I wish this kinda thing happened every weekend locally.

After about 5 hours of carpet/gym cleaning... you never would have known we were there!

We/I figured out that the marks on the carpeting left by hooves... weren't really rubber, but melted carpet fibers.  They could easily be brushed back again and there was no long lasting marks.

I'm already ready to fly back down there again. lol.

@HighJumper

Well in a sport some what dominated by men, women bockers are mythical creatures haha

Imagine our excitement if we saw a female in the NFL. Same principle haha Smiley

You sensitive guys better not come when Highjumper comes around.  She's learning fast and bounces higher than most of you.  Don't want your sensitive little feelings hurt cause she's better than you

LOL

It was a great time.  Highjump you and Noe lets just have our own get together after you come down off of the excitment of Capital Bocking.  Or come over right after to keep the excitment going works too.

The spotting rig in the vid will work much better on the next round. One of my students did back tucks in the belt on my stilts just fine while the other bigger guys it seemed to not work.  After sleeping on it for the night it occured to me that the hooks on the belt needed repositioning for the larger athletes so the rope tug was better assisting the flip.  In after thought I realized the hooks were located slightly behind their backs and the tug of the rop was actually limiting the backward rotation.   Not usually an issue with kids who are light but for the larger adults.. it was enough to cause issues.

Will try to get a vid of it working well next time.

Awesome. I really wish I was there. Is the rumored other meet going to happen, and if so when?

@Aeroflyte

I probably shouldn't have posted in this topic when what I was talking about was the Capital Bock this weekend. It's in DC Fri-Sun and you're welcome to come if you can. All the info is on www.dcpowerstilts.com if you wanna check it out.

We'll definitely go back.  I think coach said he'd be willing to have regular meet ups for locals.  I'll look into heading down again come winter time.

CShaver: It's alright, and I knew you were talking about the DC meet, not the TX one. Thanks for the offer, but there's no way I would be able to make it up there.
