Hey all

Just filmed quick what i got up too today up on the Hoe.. Never attempted any of this before on stilts apart from the Front Fulls in Bradford gym.. so im so excited about getting the new flips going.

Very nice Kiola. The full front twist is impressive Smiley
When you do the backs after the barani you need more power with the jump to be progressing flip after flip. Arms will do the job good, I am sure you can do it in days Wink

Today i proved you right by going for my Forth back and Just not landing it upright :/

But im landing my front fulls a lot cleaner and i can Easily go for a backwards somersault after the birani now.. Still yet to do it on concrete.. but im sure it will happen this week Smiley

nice to see some progress from you simeon, we were wondering when you was going to push yourself again.  Grin

your front fulls look really good, but your tecnique on front fulls always look better than mine.

back to backs look good too, just use your arms really helps.
