Seriously.  That was a good saftey fall you executed.  Twisted out of it to your stomack nicel.  Yeah you got your side a little on your arm.  Heck much better than the back smack followed by rear of cranium smacking into the ground.

knowing how to twist out like that is what gives you the chance to laugh later.
