Was runnin on the side of the road, as im in norway there is a lot of gravel and such at the side of the road at this time of year as they havent been able to clean it all up yet from the winter, so i run as fast as i can (only been on my brothers powerisers 5 times, so it wasnt that fast Wink) and what happens? oh yes, we are talking slipping sliding wobbling my way forward until i realized this was only going to go one way and that was DOWN!  i had of c no protection as im stealin goes on my brothers powerisers, (i got my own set of 08 pr 90120 ordered along protection pack and helmet, but has not yet arrived) , and had no protection available.  that doesnt stop me in the least and i cant help but try to push myself even if theres risk involved.  So when i knew there was no regaining the balance i rolled, bringing my right elbow/arm over my head and using my left hand to try to dampen the fall and start a roll away from the cars drivin by.  when i came to a stop i felt no pain and thought "whoa that was lucky!" after takin of the powerisers and finding fence to lean on while putting them back on i started feeling it and i looked on my hands and elbow.  My left palm has three areas the size of pennies w no skin and my elbow has an area the size of a 5 pound note with no skin.

And yes, this was rush hour, so yes i had about 50 people or so staring at my wobbly fall from grace Wink

A case of Riser-rash there, just let it breathe, it'll be sore but will heal soon enough. So long as you learn from this experience thats the important thing!

i never use bandages or anything unless told so by doctor for that reason alone, and i did learn that i had the sence not to put both my hands out, and used my arm to protect my gorgeous face from the utter faceplant it would have been had i not protected it and rolled Wink as for being more cautious? doubt it, but in a few days my protection gear should be here and i can fall as much as i want Cheesy pain is the best teacher and im not scared of getting hurt (as long as its within certain limits)

or just werent wearing pads in general but thats to be expected if its in the injuries
