well, cant almost get any higher with these xD i weigh like 66kg and those bocks i have are 50-70kg x)

I have tryed jumping into them before, but i dont get the same rotation when i do that as when im running into them. will try jumping into them again and use my arms more on the rotation Smiley

the fault doesnt lie in running in, but in starting the rotation before you even lift off the ground Smiley

try to jump up first and then start the flip...

other than that, cool that you are able to land them...

Its real common to blame the equipment and not the individual.

It does look like your technique is off.  You take off rather bent at the waist. 

Granted you may have adapted into that technique to compensate for weak bounce in the springs orrrrr....... you compensated due to another technicaly error in your exicution. 

Wont know till you either try to change your tech (use a mat, mattress etc.) or if you try it on someone elses bocks.  Or both.

yea u need to jump up as everyone else is saying plus u need to shorten those straps at the back, just cut them then melt the bottom a little with a lighter so it doesn't fray
