Where ever we plan next year we have to think of a couple of things ?

Last year was a day ( a great day ).
This year it's a weekend, there been 2 day meets before but never on this scale will it work ( hope so )

People have to get there ? Fine if it's 50 miles away, 100 miles take a little planning but when your talking 200 plus mile for most of us you resk losing a lot of people !?
One mans door step is another man moon landing !?

yeah but if you have people like XS traveling ove vast oceans dublin is a stones throw away.
birmingham isnt so close to cardiff, but were going, no matter how much money it runs us as its one of them things aint it, i was at cb 08.
its just an idea like, i would love next years one in birmingham as its all walking distance from me, but its not gonna be "capital bocking" then is it?
and no, being the gun capital dont count

I really like the idea but we would need someone there to get it organised, plus it will be bigger than CB 08 so the location and terrain needs to be perfect. Thats the primary reason CB is in cardiff this year. Last year was the birth of CB, this year we will see how an event with 200 people works (or doesnt!) and what we'd need to improve on for future events.

Something I really like is that CB is commercial free with no funding what so ever. There are not many sports in the world where the largest event is not sponsored and organised by the participants Smiley I say we keep it that way!

Definately. It's our event and we should keep it that way Smiley
I think different people should get the chance to organise it too, but perhaps have the "original" people on hand (ET, Locky, Bobman, Becky and myself) to offer advice and help if it is needed

Maybe some one form the previous year is  a member of the following years team. somat like that.

Yes nice that its all non sponsored. But Id say dont get 'too hung up on that'.  sponsorship isnt a 'dirty word' per say. I wouldnt want anyone in the future to paint themselves intoa corner and have a great idea , but which needs some finance  so lets it go.

This is only the 2nd year and I dont think we can say there is a 'tradition' or 'set way' yet.

I am , very happy its a free grass roots thing I must say. But I just thought it reasonable to chuck the above in
