Since Bobman the nobman and his bro stayed at my house sunday night and jono was "too tired" for school on monday, we took the springs down to cardiff bay outside the Wales Millenium Centre (more to come on this later this week Wink) and oh my god if this isnt bocking heaven then I dont know what is. A huge open surface which is really great for grip, loads of steps and huge concrete blocks, right on the sea front in the middle of the shops and bars.

I see a big cardiff meet happening as soon as I have a second to breathe.

Bobman, you were getting some pretty decent height on Saturday night, especially after Stevie gave us a few tips. You can get higher than me, that's for sure Smiley

I think the ideal body weight for TRex is about 75 - 85 KG, if your below 75KG your gonna have to work very hard to activate the springs. If your 55 - 65 KG then go with Raptors - heavy springs don't = great height if your under the weight unless you are very, very strong. Wink Was strongly advised of this by RTX sport and 7Mielenstiefel

Well having spent the day with MK (and b-bounce) today, I can honestly say he is getting extremely good height on his raptors and noticeably more than he was in the gym on the weekend. Well done Manni Smiley

I think the general lesson here is that, with 7's you can really go with the recommended model according to your weight. With projumps/powerizers/flyjumpers you usually need to go the next size up.
