When we were in Trafalgar Sq at Capital Bocking I was asked if we could move away from an area that some homeless person used as his begging spot. I didn't object, we were only there for fun, I didn't see the point in us taking away from his opportunity to make money.
It may only be a dumb magic show but that is how that person makes a living. They have bills to pay and food to buy. You having fun shouldn't interfere with that. Being considerate of others is a great quality to have. If you feel you having fun is more important than his right to earn a living you go right ahead and do as you please.
