Can I just say, you dont have to register on the CB forum.
You can PM me on any forum or grab me on msn but I need to be able to start confirming numbers are the whole event will just fall on its arse.
DO NOT SIMPLY SAY IN A FORUM POST - I NEED A PM, MSN or CB Forum.
This event already has the potential to creating the first national bocking festival but it could also get totally called off by the council and police.
I NEED TO KNOW IF YOU ARE COMING.

no deadline but the sooner, the better.

put it this way, if we have 50 on the list as coming and then 300 turn up the local authorities will get rid of us one way or another. I'm trying to do whatever I can to keep things realistic so they know what they are dealing with.

Just so everyone knows, the list on the CB forum has now been made alphabetical as its quite long. This make it easier to see if you are on there.

What do u guys think is the best way to organise transport (like seeing who's coming from what part of the country and can we group together and make it cheaper/easier)?

I only created a CB forum because there are some people who only go on one forum and I really dont like having the same conversation in numerous places.

If you have a topic on your forum called
" CAR POOL " Then people like me who are thinking of driving can post there start loction and time and return times. Anyone who would like to hitch a lift and share cost could cantact the driver. Once a driver happy then could delete the reply !?

Should if theirs a local groups maybe they could hire a mini bus ? Have a topic a bit like the " CAR POOL" topic called "MINI BUS DRIVERS" but would this would just have the names and location of people who wouldn't mind driving a mini bus ( shared driving would be nice ) !?

I've said I'm driving and I've had two different groups ask to share a lift, so it's an idea that people have already thought about !
