I don't think there's a tutorial yet, but it really isn't that hard.  Bocks are complicated but really not that hard to take apart and understand.

Undo the big bolts that hold the spring brackets to the frames.  Make sure you don't lose any washers and remember where each one went.

Undo the smaller bolts that hold the brackets onto the springs.  There are two for each bracket.  Again, make sure you keep track of your washers.  You're going to have to remove the bottom bracket before you can completely remove the spring from the frame.  Once the bottom bracket is removed, you can slide the spring through and out of the hoof.

Take your brackets and attach them to your new springs in exactly the same way that they were attached to your old ones, and then put the brackets back onto the frame exactly how they were before.  It's not that hard, unless you don't have any metric wrenches.  The bolts in question are 9mm and either 12mm or 13mm, not sure.

13mm

Remember not to over tighten the bolts, it might crack the spring and brackets/bushings.

For added asthetics, add WD40 afterwards.

Take off the kneebars (Aqua) by undoing the kneebar fixing bolts (yellow) by the calf pad (pink) to get to the horizontal bolt (cream) on the top (purple) clip.
The kneebar fixing bolts require a 9mm spanner and a mid-size allen key (you should have got the right size one in the box with your bocks), the horizontal bolt is 13mm.

Undo the horizontal bolt so the spring swings back to the floor, and then undo the vertical bolts on the top clip. Now fit this to the top of the new spring.
the verticals are 9mm

Undo the horizontal bolt (white) on the lower clip (gold). You should be able to tilt the spring back further so you can then undo the vertical bolts on the lower clip.
The horizontal bolt is 13mm, the smaller vertical ones are 9mm

Slide the spring out of the hoof (lime green), and then slide your new spring into place.

Reattach the lower clip using the vertical bolts, and then do up the horizontal bolt through the hoof. The spring will then swing back up, and all you need to do is rebolt the upper clip using the horizontal bolt.

Reset your kneebars in the correct places. Done. Smiley

I found it easier to just lossen the Knee Bar bolts and lower the Knee Bar below the top spring bracket, less work to do in my eyes.

Damn Sprog, nice diagram! Must have taken you some time to get that done.

You need to mess with the knee bars?  I know my cuffs get in the way, but it's much less of a pain to work around them than to remove them and put them back in place.  Then again, knee bars are much simpler to put back.  Is is impossible to do that without moving the kneebars or just difficult?

The bolt that goes through the top spring bracket is so close to the knee bar, that you cant fully undo it without either moving the knee bar down, or removing it in order to unscrew the bolt further.
