are you talking about lactose intolerant or just milk?  My cousins a chef and got same problem, so if you would be interested i could have him e mail me a bunch of different options and forward it to you...

Cheers ya'll, I'll get on with those suggestions and maybe feedback. As of today I've cancelled the milk for a week so hopefully will see an improvement.

oooh! i share your pain! i cant eat cereal cos it makes me throw up Sad

protein shakes are awesome. my bro has some that are made with water and he says they taste great...

'rice dream' is the best of the milk alternatives if you don't want soya milk... i had a lodger who was lactose intolerant, so got used to this stuff - its quite good!

otherwise - toasts, bagels (tesco do niiice bagels) porridge with water (really it doesnt taste that different!) or fresh fruits.
