Hi Everyone,

It would appear I have an intolerance to milk - not an allergy just an intolerance which means I dont digest it as I should.

Therefore I need to eliminate if from my diet, 98% of that would be from the 2 bowls of cereal I have each morning. The odd 2% is from tea and thats fine, i think. I'm not taking up coffee!

So, what do you have for breakfast and what alternatives are there for breakfast that don't involve Milk, Booze (I drive) or tobacco (not for me). Incidentally, soya isnt allowed cos apparently it has a negative effect on testicals.

Thanks very much,

if its the lactose, you could try lactose-free milk.
others:
-toast
-fruit
-dry cereal (kinda weird)
-bacon and eggs
-etc.

Isn't that oats & milk , otherwise its just dry oats like horses eat, blugh!

if its the lactose, you could try lactose-free milk.

They didnt specify if it was this but I'll keep that in mind, cheers.

Anymore?

Yep, oatmeal is better with milk, but fine with water and would be otherwise fairly similar to what you're used to.

Yoghurt. Cheese. Oh wait... Tongue

Toast with something nice on it. Jam, chocolate spread, scrambled eggs all work well Tongue
