if they broke he'd know it straight away... A twist more like can sometimes not be painful straight away because your running off your adrenaline still.. i know because i severely twisted my ankle once and it didnt hurt at first but i knew id done something that night when i was Crying in agony Tongue

This is wrong, if the fracture to the bone is even and neat and nothing gets pushed out of place you dont need to feel any pain at all for quite some time, (know this from my own experience, have had quite a lot of fractured bones, only time i felt something straight away was when i crushed a bone in my foot).  his breaks are neat and small and nothing was pushed out of place, hence only 3 weeks to recover. its not a bad break by any standards but its quite funny and a bit tragic that it happened. this also means he cant do his last 3 exams and have to redo 3 of his classes next year ^^

Wow that sux  Lips Sealed I feel his pain. I am just coming up on three and a half weeks after I broke my elbow bocking. I only had to have the Splint on for two weeks. Still can't bend my arm strait or all the way back yet. Tell him to eat lots of foods high in calcium like yogurt, milk and Almonds. Also OJ with added calcium is good. Hope he gets better soon.
