right well i hoped the weather would change but it hasn't and it looks like rain on saturday, so i think we should bump this to sunday.  Inorder to do so I'd need the meet to be earlier as well, I have to leave boston by 230, so i suggest we meet at 10 or 11 am on sunday.  How's this work for others?

That makes things a little complicated for me, but I'll probably be there.

Just got back, from the meet about half a hour ago. It was a awesome meet, lots of learning, inventing and stupidness. Not a whole ton of places to bock though. We did manage to get a decent amount of fliming done, the video should be done eaher late tonight (early morning for you Europeans) or tommorrow.

yeah great meet, glad to finally have a good sized(4) group of bockers in the area.  Had a lot of fun, landed a new trick.  Only got kicked out of one spot by the cops, which was lame, but we managed.  As zan said vid should be done late tonight or tomorrow afternoon

We got kicked out of government center, which isnt usually as strict as it sounds, its my favorite place to bock, lots to jump on and over, a slanted wall and more stairs than you can shake a stick at. but it would seem that the big apple curcus(sp?) is in town, so security was a bit more intense. Also it didnt help that i did a jump off of a slanted wall as we were being approched by a cop car...

Conversation:

cop: would you like to leave?
XS:no...but if your asking us to leave, we will
cop:*something i didnt hear*
XS:well are you telling us to leave, we'll gladly just walk off..
cop: yes i think thats what you should do

we all straghtend up (we were bending over so we could talk to him properly in the car) and walked off, down a few blocks to the commons and continued our jumping around

Also, would any of you three be up for the weekend of the 26/27? or is this too soon, or another meet, or other random thing?

Maybe, maybe not.  That play I was talking about is on May 10/11, so I may or may not have my bocks between now and then.  Otherwise, my schedule is pretty clear.

I don't have any bocks yet, but I was thinking of going to Boston with some friends to see the hockey game (against the Montreal Canadiens).  It would have been perfect if it had collided with the same day as one of your meetups.  Unfortunately, due to a lack of planning, I don't think we will manage to get the tickets we wanted and will probably not go down.  That said, I have yet to visit the area, so I might make the drive this summer to come check it out.  It is pretty sad that I live about a half hour from the border, yet I have not even crossed over.  The currency rates definately make it a lot more interesting now.
