Today Beki, DangerMike and I took a trip to London to show the Queen and invited guests some of the things Scouting offers to young people today. We got to talk to the Queen whilst on our stilts!!!!!!!!!!

Scout Association photographers, someone with a huge movie camera, and two press-agency photographers!
So hopefully some sorta coverage! But still - we got to meet the Queen!!! and we talked to her about Bocking!

No we didnt curtsy, she was more interested in the fact that we were actually scouts doing this!

Hmmm...  I think on Capitol Bock Day, the U.S. contingent should bock the White House and see if they can get Bush to invite them in for a minute so he can check them out.  Hey, you never know.

You can still get right up to the fence and talk to security.  I think bocks are unique enough that it could happen.

Still waiting for photos, but Dangermike found this on a news website

"During the Queen's visit to Baden-Powell House she was shown young scouts involved in a number of activities from indoor rock climbing to making a campsite and performing circus tricks on stilts."

A few photos from the event, but not of us!
